Mindfulness-Matters is a holistic group program for young people between the age of 12 and 21. The group meets at Salamander bay library complex on Wednesdays at 3:30. This program is for young people to make connections and friendships, learn mindfulness techniques, connect in with the physical and mental well-being and find new ways of managing mental health and addictions.

These include, but not exclusive to:


  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Dance
  • Group chats
  • Journaling

and so much more!
