Welcome to the registration page for our Recreation and Well-Being Program, designed specifically for young people seeking to lead healthier, happier lives. Our program emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating exercise, nutrition, and mental health support to foster overall well-being.

What We Offer:

Our program focuses on empowering youth to enhance their physical and mental health through a one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer/counsellor. Participants will benefit from:

  • Physical Activity: Engaging in sports, one-on-one fitness classes, and recreational activities that promote physical health.

  • Nutrition Education: Learning the importance of healthy eating habits and how to make informed food choices that support both physical and mental health.

  • Mental Health Support: Fitness combined with counselling that address anxiety, stress, depression, and substance misuse, helping participants develop coping strategies and resilience.

  • Skill Development: Opportunities to cultivate essential life skills, including conflict resolution, communication, stress management, time management, problem-solving, and goal setting.

  • Supportive Community: Our Gym Nelson Bay is a nurturing environment that fosters connection and belonging, encouraging participants to build positive relationships with peers and mentors.

Special Focus for Young Offenders:

For young offenders, our program goes beyond immediate needs by offering tailored support to facilitate long-term personal growth and stability. Through recreational activities and cognitive-behavioral interventions, participants will gain confidence, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and learn the skills necessary to avoid future criminal behavior.
